Moved to Florida January 1987. It was a bit of an adjustment moving so far away from our families (who mostly all still live in the Delco area.) But it was the best thing we ever did. I was a stay at home mom and very involved with the kids school and sports activities while they were growing up.

Empty nesters now, and downsizing to a condo with no more lawn, pool and homecare...we are learning to slow down and embrace our blessings. Be happy, life is short.

I'm having a little trouble remembering back that far, or maybe it's just that I choose not to? I do remember totaling my Mom's station wagon, because to this day, I still get anxiety making left hand turns where there isn't a

Patty, I still can’t believe you are no longer here. We sure did laugh a lot while having so much fun together. You were one of the few high school friends that attended my wedding and we exchanged Christmas cards for years while our kids were growing. Although we lost touch, I always believed we’d reconnect again with Laverna and reminisce about our younger selves and all the fun we had together. Miss you Toots! XO
